Honestly, stopping to assign him something has always felt like just another chore to manage on the list, but on the flip side, having someone actually help made my throat tight. having needs always felt like being an inconvenience, so ultimately, running on fumes felt safer than taking up space.

and for a long time I kept asking myself the same question on repeat: why does nobody consider how I feel the way I consider them?

But on the flip side: who taught everyone it was okay not to?

I realized I had been so afraid of being too much that I made myself as small and as easy and as needless as possible and then resented everyone for believing me and not stepping in to help.

the work isn’t getting people to finally consider you. it’s unlearning the part of you that decided your needs weren’t worth the discomfort of asking.

and it starts the next time you’re standing in the doorway with your stomach in knots…keeping your mouth shut and letting someone help you..(One rep of taking up space and allowing yourself to receive)

if you’re unlearning how to carry everything alone, follow along. we’re doing this together. 🫶🏻

Honoured to be invited by the Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand to share my thoughts and insights at the launch of the Deep Tech 2030 initiative.

Equally inspiring was engaging with young students whose curiosity, creativity, and ambition reaffirm that India’s greatest innovation story is still being written.

As we look towards the future, one truth remains clear: the future is not something we wait for. It is something we build through vision, innovation, and collective action.
