Jon Elmer analyzes footage of Ansarullah fighting Saudi-backed forces in Yemen.

This is a segment from The Electronic Intifada's livestream on day 1105 of the Gaza genocide. Ali Abunimah, Nora Barrows-Friedman and Jon Elmer were joined by Gaza-based engineer and journalist Asem Alnabih.

Spotted: N rubbing shoulders with bridal royalty. Is she just admiring the collection, or taking notes for something much bigger?

Some invitations are simply too good to decline.

Forget the usual Upper East Side gossip. N and L have more important things to discuss. Like which gown deserves a second look.

The latest scandal? Too many breathtaking gowns and absolutely no intention of choosing just one.

Spotted at 457 Madison Avenue. Same address, new leading ladies. But would Blair Waldorf approve?

The Upper East Side has seen its share of iconic trios. Looks like there’s room for one more.

Comment HOMEGYM, and I’ll send you my complete guide to building a home gym for under $300.

If I were starting from scratch in perimenopause with almost no money to spend on fitness, I’d be VERY particular about where every dollar went.

I’d invest in equipment that helps me build muscle, and build the rest of my routine around free options.

📅 Schedule overloaded?
💰 Budget tight?
🤯 Brain overwhelmed?

I want you to see how simple your starting point can be.

Swipe through for 6 things I’d prioritize, and save slide 12 for a weekly plan you can come back to.

💪 Comment HOMEGYM for my exact shopping list (with links!).
🏃‍♂️ Comment BLUEPRINT for my Cardio & Sprint Cheat Sheet.

If you could only pick ONE habit from this plan to start today, which would it be?

❌ Which would you skip?
