What a GLORIOUS MOMENT we had at the HALLELUJAH CHALLENGE last night . The Lord Reigns . Doing ministry with my covenant brother Pastor @nathanielblow is one my greatest joy in Kingdom Service - I love you Nwannem ! To my vegetarian friends: I see you. ❤️ So many of you have told me you love my recipes, then added, “Do you have more for me?” You were right. Most of what I share has meat in it. So I went back to the kitchen and made you something special. 10 chef-inspired vegetarian dinners. Not plain rice and beans. Not a side salad pretending to be a meal. Real soups, stews, and entrees that taste like something you’d order at a restaurant. Think Moroccan sweet potato tagine with apricots. French lentil and mushroom bourguignon. Crispy sesame-ginger tofu that might just beat your favorite takeout. Every recipe uses ingredients you can find at your grocery store, and many are probably already in your pantry. I’ve included exact measurements (even the spices), easy instructions, and nutritional information for each dish. I’m also sharing my 5 chef secrets for making vegetarian food rich, flavorful, and satisfying, so you never feel like something is missing. 👉 Comment VEGGIE and I’ll send you all 10 recipes. Not vegetarian? These are for you, too. Adding more plant-based meals to your week is a simple way to increase your fiber intake and support your heart and metabolic health. P.S. If you enjoy recipes like these, my Thrive After 40 community is now completely free. You’ll find my recipe and exercise libraries, easy-to-understand lessons on health after 40, and a place to ask me questions. Interrupting my usual posts for something a little different! Yesterday, I had a lovely evening at an event organised by @breitling_budapest_squad and @beszeljunkorakrol introducing the new Gallet models. I also had the chance to take some photos of the watches, which was a real treat. My personal favourite? The Gallet Multichron 45. I have a soft spot for vintage-inspired designs, and its classic aesthetics really do it for me. You’ll find it in the first few photos. 3rd and 4th shots are featuring our sexiest wrist on the gramm @toss_a_coin_to_your_watcher He is starting a new job as a hand model! The lighting was far from ideal for photography, so please bear with me on that one! Which one would you pick? #galletwatches #gallet #breitling #breitling_budapest_squad #breitlingboutique
