In January, Alex Honnold spent about 90 minutes climbing the outside of Taipei 101 with no rope, live on Netflix. “There's a plan,” he said, “and I'm executing the plan.” Play great in practice and tighten up when it counts? Comment "INNER" and we'll send you the tool that trains your mind for those exact moments. Marie Monfils, who runs a fear memory lab at the University of Texas at Austin, described the method to Nautilus: “It's better over time if you can put yourself in a situation where you experience some fear, but you overcome it, and you do it again and again and again.” On a cliff 3,000 feet above a Swiss valley, Honnold put it more simply: “This is not scary, because this is what I do.” Which moment in your next event would you rehearse first? #TuckerCarlson warns of possible nuclear strike on #Iran In a major post, Tucker Carlson claims the #DonaldTrump administration may be days away from authorizing a nuclear strike on Iran’s Pickax Mountain — under intense pressure from Israeli PM #BenjaminNetanyahu. Carlson says Israeli intelligence believes Iran has restarted nuclear enrichment deep underground, beyond the reach of conventional weapons. He links Netanyahu’s push to his own political struggles after recent elections left his bloc short of a Knesset majority. Tucker warns of catastrophic fallout for the region and the risk of wider nuclear escalation, while noting Trump is still hesitating and listening to voices (including VP #JDVance) who favors a negotiated deal instead. • @whosalexander
#Clique, imagine having to watch video of your child being chased, running for his life, knowing you can’t reach into that screen and save your baby. For @Elsrich, who is also from Ghana, the death of 15-year-old Javits Frimpong hits close to home. Through tears, she opened up about experiencing bullying herself and described the culture shock of coming to America, where she found it far more prevalent than what she knew growing up in Ghana. Javits moved to New York just a year ago, with his father hoping to give him a better future. On Thursday, he was fatally sh*t on his way to school in the Bronx. His father says two students had recently been suspended after bullying his son. He believes the sh*oting may be connected, but police have not confirmed that link. To lose your child is heartbreaking enough. To see him running scared in his final moments is a pain no parent should ever have to carry. Javits deserved to make it to school. He deserved to come home. 🤍 Stay connected at OnsiteGlobalMedia.us (link in bio).
