Ogden Wind Ensemble wrapped their summer concert circuit last night, playing for an on campus activity at Ogden/Weber ATC. Such a great campus.

I did notice the “College Store.” If any of you, irreverent souls, are familiar with the movie “Animal House,” you know. And you laughed. 😂😂 Other pics from some earlier summer gigs and some sweltering rehearsals in a *very warm, un-air conditioned OHS. Oofff🥵

I’ve heard the phrase, “I love what I do SO much, I’d do it for free.” Turns out, there’s a whole group of peeps who feel the same. Often called “band.” Who do what they do, for free. For no audience, for one audience member to hundreds. They manage the silly to the most solemn of feelings with the shared purpose of making some sick sounds. To be better (personally and as an ensemble) than last time.
