Happy birthday to the most beautiful, loving, inspiring - the list goes on forever - person I know. You have been with me from the very beginning and throughout every step of my life and for that, I’m forever grateful. You always know what to say, when to say it, and do everything for others to help them; always supporting others before yourself.

Even though I get annoying or complain about something that doesn’t work out, you always find the perfect way to get me back on track and push me to become a better person and without you, nothing I have would be possible. You’ve sacrificed and still sacrifice everything so I can chase my dreams and so I go every day trying to make you proud because you deserve the world.

I hope you have the best day and realize how great of an impact you’ve had on my life and the people around you. Miss you and love you to the moon and back 🫶🏼

Happy birthday mama ❤️

Vamo virarrrr!

I get mangry.

like hangry but instead of food I need to fucking MOVE 😂

if I dont move enough I genuinely become a worse person. everything pisses me off, I cant focus, I start scrolling for hours, procrastinating on shit I actually wanna do and then getting angry at myself for doing nothing lol

for years I thought I was just an irritable person.

turns out sometimes im not even in a bad mood, I just need to go kick something 😂

idk if its an ADHD thing or what but when my brain starts eating itself, moving my body seems to shut it the fuck up.

and I wonder how many people think they’re lazy, angry or just shit at life when really they just haven’t found a way of moving that they actually enjoy.

thats kinda why I made NotFit. cos I hate working out too. I just love moving.

anyway if this sounds like you come join us @notfit.io notfit.io ❤️
