HU Staff: Ariela Anís @ari.anis Matthew Ingalls, one of the Cornell 7, is alleging he was “s*d*mized” y the very same Jane Doe who is accusing him and 6 other men of s*xually a**aulting and ganging r*ping her. In the civil lawsuit, a female student at Cornell University named seven male students from the Chi Phi fraternity as defendants. Doe alleged s*xual a**ault, ra*e, and dr*gging at a party off-campus, and at the frat house, on October 19, 2024. Doe’s lawsuit also names Cornell and the Chi Phi frat, alleging they failed to protect her. ___________________________________________________ Following the alleged incident, local police failed to make any arrests (which still remains true) and the Tompkins County District Attorney declined to file any charges. The office cited Doe’s prior statements about voluntarily consuming alcohol and drugs with them men. Her remarks fall into New York’s controversial and strict voluntary intoxication laws. But as the case resurfaced and went viral online, the investigation has since been reopened. Furthermore, Cornell University has expelled Matthew Ingalls and Jonathan Newell; and has suspended Winston Lee (2 years) and Gillio Lopes (3 semesters). ___________________________________________________ Cornell also banned Diego Sarabia (who already graduated) from campus for 3 years; and issued no-contact orders for Scott Norris and Scott Kretzschmar — who were both found not responsible and told to complete educational modules and reflection papers. Cornell has also barred the Chi Phi fraternity chapter from campus. Now, according to documents obtained by ABC News, Matthew Ingalls — the now former Chi Phi fraternity brother who invited Doe to the frat house — alleged in a February 2025 email to Cornell’s Title IX office that he was Doe’s victim. He accused Cornell of “entrapment” and suggested he’s considering filing his own complaint against Jane Doe.  ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 Facebook / ABC News
Found the perfect fall outfit. However, it seems my interpretation of fall fashion is mostly just the color. 😏🤎 Please don’t ask which part of it is supposed to keep me warm. 😂🍂 #FallFashion #OctoberStyle #AutumnOutfit #FallVibes #CinnamonStyle
