My official 1-year postpartum transformation.🥹 One year of rebuilding, relearning my body, and finding my way back to feeling like myself again. And let me tell you, this journey has been different from any transformation I’ve ever done. I’ve been in the fitness industry for years, but pregnancy and postpartum taught me that even when you know what you’re doing, sometimes you have to learn your body all over again. I’m still breastfeeding, still working toward my goals, and learning to give myself grace along the way. I show up when I can, make those workouts count, and trust the process. And that’s exactly the approach I want to help more women take with their fitness journeys. Which makes today even more special because the brand-new @l1ftwellness app is officially LIVE! 🥳 Whether you’re just starting, starting over, pregnant, postpartum, or ready to take your training to another level, there’s a place for you inside L1FT. Link in bio to start your 7 Day Free Trial TODAY💪🏾
