For me, when looking at the Concept C, the only question that really remains is whether the Concept C already represents the near-production vision of what was originally expected to become the next electric Porsche 718 — a project that, at least from what it looks like today, might end up existing only under Audi’s umbrella — or whether this design will still evolve significantly before reaching production.

Either way, Audi now at least has a proper new flagship with the Nuvolari. And what’s important to me is something I already assumed two years ago: if you develop an entirely new platform for a V8 hybrid, it simply doesn’t make sense to use it for a single Lamborghini model only (Temerario). That kind of architecture was always destined for more — and the Nuvolari feels like the natural second pillar for it.
