My very first community event… and wow. My heart is so full 😭💛

Watching so many incredible mums come together, connect, laugh, and leave feeling like their cup had been filled is exactly why I wanted to create this.

Postpartum has been one of the hardest chapters for me. Finding the motivation (and confidence) to move my body again wasn’t easy. If it wasn’t for @sighchia at @chiapilates, I honestly don’t think I would’ve started moving again just 3 months postpartum.

She created Pilates classes where we could bring our babies, and that completely changed everything for me. It gave me something that was just for me, while still including my little one.

I always knew my first event had to be meaningful, and I truly feel like it was.

We started with the sweetest baby spa experience by @twinkletoesbabywellness, followed by a beautiful Pilates session with @sighchia. Mums then got creative decorating their own craft clip and bag charm with @miniandme__co before spending time chatting over matchas, lattes, and delicious food at our Mama & Baby Social Café☕️✨

I also wanted every mum to leave feeling appreciated, so everyone received an amazing goodie bag thanks to our incredible sponsors.
