Companies are always looking for new ways to save money — but too often, those savings come at the expense of the people doing the work.

Record profits can arrive alongside layoffs, frozen wages, reduced benefits, and employees being expected to accomplish more with fewer resources. Meanwhile, executives may receive massive bonuses for successfully “cutting costs” and improving efficiency.

As prices continue climbing, many workers find their paychecks struggling to keep pace with everyday expenses. The company’s quarterly numbers might look better than ever, while the people helping produce those results barely feel the benefit.

When corporate success keeps reaching new highs but workers aren’t sharing in the gains, it raises a simple question: who is all that efficiency really benefiting?

While some of ya defend your fave demonic war criminal or think that voting will make the people who drop bombs on kids just step aside, young people got fed up of how shit everything is and went and burnt shit down. They know what’s up. They know it’s all interconnected. And they’re not interested in a ticket to the same lame ass circus. They wanna survive. We all need to be out there with them. That’s all I’ll get away with saying on here.
