Policing the great Israel real estate event. In conversation with Kevin Blowe and Bob George.

A deep dive into the experiences of the Pro-Palestine protestors. PART 1

Stop letting “trendy” Mahjong advice ruin your game.

👉Comment YES to get the full strategic breakdown of these 5 strategies sent straight to your DMs.

If Mahjong strategy feels confusing to you right now, it’s probably because you’re seeing a bunch of rigid absolutes that contradict each other.

Don’t pass flowers....but sometimes pass them. Call for tiles....but sometimes you shouldn’t.

So what are players supposed to actually be doing?

The biggest mistake I see Mahjong instructors and players make is assuming there’s a single “right” way to play every hand. But here’s the truth: Mahjong is not a game of absolutes. It’s a game of flexibility and critical thinking. The best players aren’t the ones who memorized a strict formula; they’re the ones who know how to stay fluid.

I broke down 5 unconventional ways to think about a handful of Mahjong strategies to completely shift your mid-game logic and train your brain to look at the same strategy from entirely different angles.

🚨James Estep, 35, of Mesa, Arizona, has been sentenced to nearly 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to four counts of s*xual assault and one count of attempted s*xual assault. Prosecutors described him as a serial r*pist linked to attacks on multiple women in the East Valley between roughly 2018 and 2023.

One case involved Estep offering a 15-year-old girl a ride at a light-rail station, then punching and strangling her during the assault. He had been arrested twice earlier in 2023; prosecutors declined to proceed at those points due to insufficient evidence.

Estep accepted a plea deal avoiding being sentenced to hundreds of years in prison. DNA evidence and other links connected him across cases. He will also face lifetime probation. He represented himself in court and never apologized.

Public posts on his Facebook page include selfies that confirm his identity and a pro-Trump 4th of July post.

The sentence includes credit for time served; he is expected to be released around 2055 if the terms are served in full.

With the midterm elections tomorrow, here’s a look back at the redistricting battles that reshaped the race for control of the House over the past year.

It started in Texas, where Republicans redrew congressional districts at President Trump’s urging to help secure more seats. California Democrats responded with their own map targeting Republican-held seats. The fight spread across the country, as more states pursued new maps and others saw their plans blocked, rejected or challenged in court.

Taken together, the changes created more opportunities for Republicans to gain seats than for Democrats. Swipe through for a state-by-state breakdown of how the lines shifted before voters have their say.
