After my very first A/C chemo, I’ve honestly felt the worst I’ve felt since this journey began. I made it through 12 rounds of Taxol, but this new chapter has been so much harder than I expected. This morning, I woke up to the sweetest surprise… flowers from my husband. 🌸💕

If there’s one piece of advice I could give, it’s this: marry your best friend. Marry the person who will hold your hand on the hardest days, love you when you don’t feel like yourself, and keep showing up—even when there’s nothing they can do to take the pain away.

Thank you, my love, for being my safe place, my biggest supporter, and my constant reminder of God’s love through you. I thank God every day for giving me a husband who carries this burden with me.
