🚨 YOUR JOB WAS AUTOMATED. YOUR EXPERIENCE WAS NOT. What happens when artificial intelligence can perform in seconds the work you spent decades mastering? For experienced professionals, AI displacement is about more than losing a paycheck. It's about losing a professional identity. You spent 20 or 30 years developing expertise, building relationships, solving problems, and earning credibility. Then technology changed how the work gets done. Suddenly, you're asking yourself: Am I still relevant? Here's what organizations often overlook. AI can automate tasks. But it cannot replace everything you contributed. ✅ AI can generate reports. But who questions the assumptions? ✅ AI can produce forecasts. But who recognizes when the numbers don't make business sense? ✅ AI can create marketing content. But who understands the audience and protects the brand? ✅ AI can automate project updates. But who earns the team's trust during a crisis? Your value was never limited to the tasks you completed. It was also in your judgment, relationships, experience, and decisions. Here's where career recovery begins: 🔹 Identify which responsibilities were automated. 🔹 Separate disappearing tasks from enduring capabilities. 🔹 Document the judgment and expertise you still possess. 🔹 Reposition your experience around today's business problems. In Chapter 1 of my book, The Human Edge in an AI World, I explain why understanding AI displacement is the first step toward reclaiming your career. 📘 THE HUMAN EDGE IN AN AI WORLD How Displaced Managers, Analysts, and Creatives Can Reclaim Their Value and Restart with Confidence By Byron K. She did this in 1 HOUR too! How well do you think she did my face??? This was the LEAST stressful thing that happened on my birthday but I decided that nothing was going to ruin my day & took everything in my stride. Now looking back crashing out would’ve done nothing but make me more upset 😂 #MAC #mua #backupplan
Filmed a whole leg workout. Ill put the highlights here. If you want the whole thing plus a detail on why im doing everything see the full video. (Great editing, minimal brainrot!) The main theme of uniting it all is that there's stuff here from multiple lifting "identities" there's stuff you might call old school hardcore lifting, there's stuff you'd associate with "optimal" science kids. In reality its all optimal at least to the best of my ability to optimize for my goals, equipment and capabilities. There's a big difference between performative optimality, the stylistic cues and design language used to symbolilize "optimal" on social media (like using machines wrong) and actually problem solving for your goals given a set of parameters. The latter sometimes looks like lifting from another clique. That's ok. Today theres an anachronistic idea that people should just stick to "good old fashioned" big weights on basic movements and quit trying to invent new movements. But the reality is, that old school lifters were constantly inventing new optimized movements while also lifting big weights on barbells, which by the way, a lot of optimal kids should learn to do. In addition. You can do both. For a nice blend of basics and novel solutions for optimal stimulus from neck to calves from very minimal equipment check out The Apocalyptic Warlord's Complete Guide to Physical Development. And take advantage of @barbellapparel s free hoodie sale, get a free hoodie on any order over $99. We're finally getting some cooler weather and the Stealth hoodie is the perfect breathable layer forcooler mornings that turn into warm days. The workout shorts are the Ultra shorts btw.
