"Paris is going to be a Muslim city very soon."

President Trump takes aim at French President Emmanuel Macron over immigration as France reels from days of riots, looting and violent clashes that have left thousands arrested and businesses damaged across the country.

Trump claims he warned Macron years ago that France was making a major mistake by allowing too many people into the country.

He says he urged Macron to close France's borders when they first met roughly eight or nine years ago, arguing the country is now facing the consequences.

Comment “VIBE” and I’ll send you all 5 links 👇

Most people building with AI skip the design part completely, then wonder why their app looks like a template.

Here are 5 sites that fix that before you write a single prompt:

Aceternity UI: Animated React components you can copy and paste straight into your project. Your app ends up looking like it took weeks to build.

Refero Styles: It pulls the design style from some of the best websites into one file. Hand that file to your AI and it finally understands the look you’re going for.

Mobbin: Screens from almost every major app, organized and searchable. Find a layout you like, show it to your AI, and ask it to build something similar.

Godly: A live gallery of the best sites on the internet. Spend 10 minutes here before you start building and pick a few references to feed your AI.

10x: Give it your app idea and it turns it into a native iOS app with UI code, App Store assets, and more. Idea to app without much coding.

Use these and your next build stops looking AI-generated and starts looking designed.
Save this so you have it open next time you start a project, and send it to the friend who’s been “building something” for three months.

Share this with a woman who takes care of everyone, but somewhere along the way, has forgotten that she needs care too. ❤️

I’ve seen so many women in my practice who are doing everything right for everyone else, yet quietly falling apart themselves.

Women who have spent years adjusting, compromising, holding back their opinions, swallowing their anger and trying to be good enough for everyone.

And when I sit with them and we start connecting the dots, I often find years of unspoken hurt, pressure and resentment beneath their physical symptoms.

The gut issues. The sleepless nights. The exhaustion. The hormonal struggles.

Not everything is caused by stress, but we cannot ignore what years of emotional suppression can do to the body.

What stays with me is how many of these women have never stopped to ask themselves, “But what about me?”

You are allowed to have needs. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to disappoint people sometimes.

You don’t have to sacrifice yourself to prove your love for others.

And please remember, you are special too. Not because of how much you do for everyone, but because of who you are.

You deserve to be cared for, too. ❤️

Unemployed now! 🤡

Very thankful that some of you guys started following me last year when I was posting the sad melancholic China vlogs in the hospital lol, thanks for sticking around, but man I don’t think I’ve gotten any better since last year. I just feel bad that I live pretty comfortably, and have been wanting to give my grandparents a good life too, but they don’t give me the opportunity. I know I can’t force them to live a life they’re not familiar with, and everything takes time, so I guess I’ll try to still going back more often to do what I can for them ☹️
