To My Family, Friends, and Everyone Who Has Been Part of My Journey,

Life has a way of changing in an instant.

One day, everything feels like it’s falling into place. You’re focused on your goals, making plans, and looking ahead with excitement. Then, without warning, life reminds you that nothing is guaranteed.

I’ve always tried to share both my victories and my struggles, but I’ve also learned that not every battle needs to be fought in public.

For that reason, I’ve decided to take a step back for a while.

This isn’t because I’ve lost hope, motivation, or direction. It’s because some seasons of life require your full attention, your quiet reflection, and your energy to be invested where it’s needed most.

I don’t know how long this chapter will last, but I do know that it’s one I need to walk through with intention.

One thing I do want everyone to know is this: I am 100% committed to continuing my health, fitness, and competition journey. That part of my life isn’t stopping. If anything, it remains one of the things that keeps me grounded, focused, and moving forward.

While I may be stepping away from sharing that journey publicly for now, I’ll still be putting in the work every single day. My hope is that when the time is right, I’ll return not only physically stronger, but as a better man—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and been part of my journey. Your kindness, friendship, and belief in me have never gone unnoticed.

Please don’t worry or speculate. I simply ask for understanding, privacy, and a little grace as I focus on what needs my attention.

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do isn’t to keep pushing outward—it’s to spend some time rebuilding from within.

This isn’t goodbye.

It’s simply a pause.

When I return, I hope to introduce you to a different… and better… version of myself.

Until then, take care of yourselves, cherish the people you love, and never take a single day for granted.

See you soon.
