One of the many reasons I stopped going out to clubs my friend! The scene is not the problem but the people who put on their best masks but are truly evil with ill intentions, it saddens me to see how many people be it women or men get put in the role of becoming a victim to these people who have societal status and titles such as "DJ, Psychologist, or are popular because they're plainly nice, charming and sweet...etc." you know, look good on paper but they put you through a hell that no one should have to go through and then they believe the abuser/predator it is just sickening how often this happens and how other's just victimize the person being affected by said predators even more by dragging them more or believing the bad person because of the status they hold or how manipulative they can be. It has become such a vicious and dark cycle. I have no respect for these low life scumbags or also the one's that use the platform to claim they have been abused just to get their way and hurt another person...that is just another type of ugly there. It has become so hard to speak up or to expose these types of criminals because sometimes some people rather turn a blind eye or be a part of the problem. It isn't safe anymore. Some speak up, stay strong, and try to fight for the one's being victimized because of their own experience but it's just not enough sadly. Glad you see this awfulness going on and that you can put in your two cents in on your social media platform because it does need to be spoken about more often and with how the world is right now we do need to come together and keep one another safe instead of being jaded or hateful. Stay strong everyone and be observant! Remember you never get to fully know someone in one lifetime, imagine how one moment can change your life...protect yourself and go with your gut instinct 💯 be careful out there because predators are everywhere and sometimes they have a nice smile or know just what to say when you're most vulnerable. Let's be better humans in our space 🖤✊🏼 the world already has so much shit going on.

I know who you’re talking about. I remember hearing things about this person when I was in school and brand new to the la goth scene. Glad I never crossed paths with them.

I think you give people too much credit... Most of them know damn well what kind of person these predators are. They just care more about that open bar, popularity, access, etc than exercising any shred of ethical or moral decency. "I just want to dance and have a good time," is the same excuse I heard over, and over, and over again whenever I spoke up about them. For decades.
