Don’t wait for your brand new day.

it’s late at night and spending my silence with the Lord, and I was thinking about the hope that we all seem to experience after a superhero movie

it eventually fades after the hype dies down and you go home from the theaters

but what if it didn’t have to fade? what if it was real? this hope that we’re yearning for? a savior, someone to bring light to the streets, to our lives

good news: it is and He has a name which is Jesus.

as someone who has ran down and exhausted my options, at the bottom of my cup was Jesus.

the food, the entertainment, the drugs, the sex, the relationships, the money, the gym, the crystals, the manifestation, it won’t satisfy, it won’t bring you hope.

but Jesus will

He’s not a fantasy, or a coping mechanism, but a real savior, a real king, who died for you, who loves you beyond what you know, who satisfies, who wants to break your chains.

Give Him a chance again, give Him a chance, He holds real hope.
