Antibiotics may be doing more to your gut than you realize! While they help fight harmful bacteria, they can also wipe out beneficial bacteria that play an important role in your immune system, mood, and metabolism. And the effects may last longer than you think! Supporting your gut during and after antibiotics is important, and probiotics and fermented foods may help. Want to find out where your body could use the most support? Comment MICROBE and I'll send you my free 2-minute health quiz to help you get started! Follow @‌drericberg for more health tips! Ah, the good old days. Remember them? Trying to think of the best things from ‘before’.
When in doubt, grab a yellow! 💛
Note to SELF and to YOU. ❤️ You are an amazing woman. Even when you wake up tired, lose your patience, or feel overwhelmed by things you usually manage just fine. You don’t have to have it all figured out every day. Some days you have energy for everyone. Other days, one more question feels like too much. You can love your family and need time alone. Enjoy your work and still wish you could stay in bed. Maybe your to-do list isn’t finished. Maybe dinner is takeout and those messages will have to wait. Take a breath. You’re human, not AI. 🤖 One hard day doesn’t undo everything you’re capable of. You don’t have to be cheerful, productive or available to deserve love. Even on the days when you don’t feel like her, you are still a beautiful, bad-ass and amazing woman. I love my outfit 🐆 #andbloom #notetomyself #beinghuman #womenempowerment #perimenopause
