I had the pleasure of sharing my nieces 25th birthday in New York City with family and a lovely group of her friends! It’s also her twin brother’s birthday but he’s having a blast in New Orleans! Thanks for including me in this milestone! I had a great time❤️ Happy Birthday Liz!!!

Wrapped up the first leg of my book tour in LA with the amazing @marawilson 💕 Never been this busy in my life. The amount of gratitude I have for my friends, fans, and family (pretty much the same thing) is immense. It’s been a blast and I’m just getting started!
These photographs offer a closer look at Bruce Lee’s hands, including portraits and enlarged views of his knuckles. His approach to martial arts included work on strength, flexibility and endurance. Lee kept training notes and experimented with different ways to improve his performance. The photos do not establish why his knuckles looked this way, and claims about a specific cause remain unverified.
