The difference between DJing in the 90s on vinyl versus DJing today on CJ’s… I was watching the film ‘Groove’ the other day and I think it’s a pretty accurate representation of what some clubs and raves were like in the 90s. I noticed that the drama on the dance floor and the most exciting moment of each set came when the DJ was mixing one track into another track, not the drop of an individual record itself. Compare that to today where the DJs are so skilled and C DJs allow the mixes to be done so seamlessly that the dance floor honestly might not even know that they’re happening couple that with the fact that DJs today also have to be amazing producers, and the most dramatic moments in the mix actually come during the buildup and drop of the individual tracks in the mix. I don’t know if I’m thinking too much about this, but I would just love to hear what everyone else has to say in the comments… LETS GO!

John Boyega Shares First Photos With Wife Tae Heckard and Gives Fans a Glimpse of Their Newborn Son Blogged by: Grace L. John Boyega is officially letting the world in on his private family life, and the “Star Wars” actor has been keeping more than one major milestone under wraps. After nearly two years of marriage, the 34-year-old finally shared photos with his wife, actress Tae Heckard, while revealing that the couple has already welcomed their first child together. On Wednesday, October 14, Boyega surprised Instagram followers with a carousel featuring intimate moments with Heckard, whose full name is Lashontae Heckard. The photos included the couple embracing, Boyega holding his wife’s growing baby bump, and a family moment featuring Heckard’s older son. However, the biggest surprise came in the final slide, which featured a video of Boyega gently cradling his newborn son and stroking the baby’s head. Although fans had only recently learned that the actor was expecting a child, Boyega revealed that their little boy had actually arrived some time ago. He captioned the post: “Our bundle of joy has been with us for some time now but thank you for all the well wishes. Also my sister is about to pop! Wish her well too! Back to feeding this big baby!” The actor did not reveal his son’s name, exact birth date, or additional details about the delivery. Nevertheless, the announcement offered fans their first public glimpse of his new life as a husband and father. Heckard also celebrated the moment in the comments, writing, “love and blessings to my Blessing!!!!.” Her Instagram profile now identifies her as Tae Boyega, further confirming the relationship that had been the subject of speculation for months. The family reveal comes just days after Boyega shocked fans by casually announcing that he had secretly gotten married. During an interview with The Guardian published October 4, the British Nigerian actor was asked about the jewelry on his left hand. Rather than avoiding the question, Boyega disclosed that he had been married for nearly two years.
