Drama As Police Arrest Suspected Thief Who Climbed a Two-Storey Building and Thre@tened to Jump as Residents Pleaded With Him to Come Down in Lagos

Drama reportedly unfolded in Lagos after a man suspected of theft climbed a two-storey building and threa@ened to jump as police officers arrived.

In a video circulating online, a resident shouted, “This guy wants to jump from the roof. See, he is a th+ef. He’s a th+ef.”

“Hey! Hey! Hey! Don’t jump o! This guy wan tie himself for this place o. Una come o, share this thing, I beg,” the resident said, insisting, “This is not content, please. Share this video. Share this video, please. Everybody is acting.”

Another resident explained that their mother and younger sister raised the alarm after noticing the man climbing onto the building.

“The guy climbed from our tank, that might be someone’s house right now. You understand? Please share this video,” the resident said.

The person also expressed concern over alleged rising cases of r%bbery and theft in Lagos during the election period.

“See policemen here, they active,” the resident said, adding, “Police is here yet. He doesn’t want to come down.”

“Please come o, come o, Nigerians, please o. I beg you, please,” the resident pleaded.

A female resident defended sharing the footage, saying, “Do you know that you might be sleeping and the next thing you see, somebody has jumped into your flat, just like that?”

“Personally, I’ve never seen this kind of a thing before, even in movies,” she added, explaining that the video was shared for awareness.

The suspected thief was later apprehended by the police.

MARC MÁRQUEZ ALMOST JOINED KTM, BUT THE DEAL WAS REPORTEDLY BLOCKED BY DORNA! 😳

Marc Márquez’s departure from Honda apparently involved a much more complicated story than simply switching teams. 👀

According to journalist Diego Lacave, Marc had actually considered moving to KTM. Red Bull’s presence within the Austrian manufacturer was one of the factors behind that possibility. However, the plan was reportedly vetoed by Carmelo Ezpeleta, then head of Dorna, amid fears that Honda might leave MotoGP if Marc departed before his contract expired.

Honda wasn’t just at risk of losing a rider. Marc joining a rival manufacturer could have dealt a major blow to its relationship with the championship.

So Marc decided to take his own path.

After becoming frustrated with the situation at Honda and continuing to struggle with the bike’s competitiveness, Marc eventually joined Gresini in 2024. He walked away from his lucrative contract and took a major risk with the Ducati satellite team in an attempt to rediscover his winning form.

According to Lacave’s account, a meeting between Marc and Ezpeleta reportedly became heated.

“You’ve disrupted the established order. I will never forgive you.”

Marc reportedly fired back just as firmly:

🎙️ “I’m the one who will never forgive you for blocking the KTM deal.”

🤯 If these claims are accurate, Marc’s move to Gresini was about more than simply finding a more competitive bike. Alleged interference, contractual interests, and fears of losing Honda all played a part in the story behind the scenes.

Ultimately, Marc chose to take a risk for the sake of his own career. And the result? He started winning again, proved he could still compete at the highest level, and eventually paved his way to Ducati Lenovo.
