Paris, what’s going on? 🗼❤️
I heard loud bangs that sounded like gunshots, though I’m not sure what they were. Now I’m seeing videos of student protests and wondering how serious the situation is.
If you’re in Paris or elsewhere in France, do you feel safe right now? What’s happening in your area? Let me know ❤️

As a woman who’s received her fair share of criticism about what she wears, let me share something I’ve learned at 53…

We are DONE shrinking ourselves to make other people comfortable. ❤️

Wear the shorts. Wear the sports bra. Wear the matching set. Wear whatever makes YOU feel confident, strong and good in your own skin.

To the gym. To dinner. To the grocery store. Wherever.

Your body is not up for public debate, and your wardrobe doesn’t require anyone else’s approval.

We’ve spent far too many years being told how we should look, what we should wear, what’s appropriate, what’s too revealing, and how women of a certain age should dress.

We’re not here to make everyone else comfortable.
We’re here to live our lives, feel good about ourselves and show up confidently as the women we are.

PERIOD.

And one last thing, ladies…

Don’t ever let people with zero magic make you question yours. ✨❤️

And if you’re ready to start feeling stronger, more confident and empowered in your own skin, I’d love to help you get there.

Comment BETTER and I’ll send you my blueprint to building strength, confidence and feeling your absolute best at any age. 💪🏼❤️

Shalini’s reaction didn’t come out of nowhere. There was a reason behind it.

Listen to the full conversation before judging her — she simply stood for her self-respect. 👏

WHAT A HUGE SURPRISE. 🥹 I’ve been nominated for the @europeanoutdoorfilmtour Adventurer Award, and I can hardly believe it.

This award celebrates people who use the outdoors as a platform for something bigger than physical achievements. People who create impact, stand up for what matters, and use their adventures to challenge perspectives, build awareness and make the world a better place, environmentally, socially and as global citizens.

After 14 months cycling across Europe and Africa and seven months touring cinemas across Germany, Austria and Switzerland with @samesun.film, this nomination feels like the most beautiful and unexpected way to close this chapter.

Because for me, the journey has always been about more than the kilometres. Through my travels and films, I want to show that we are stronger than our fears, that we are more connected than we think, and that meeting people beyond borders, challenging stereotypes and seeing each other as human beings, with all our complexities, struggles and hopes, can change the way we see the world.

At a time when populism, racism and dehumanisation are threatening the very foundations of our societies, building bridges is not a naive dream. It is a necessity. We need to look beyond borders, backgrounds and beliefs and remember that we are all human beings under the same sun. Not only do we owe each other respect. We depend on each other.

I believe adventure can be a powerful way to make us feel that connection. To turn fear into curiosity, strangers into friends and distant places into something deeply personal.

Changing the world can feel impossibly big. But we can start by changing the way we see it, the way we see each other, and the way we choose to be part of it. 🤍

To underline this, the prize money will be shared with @womenforwomen & @worldbicyclerelief — rebuilding lives & empowering women in war zones, and mobilizing people with the power of bikes.

Thank you @faebs.engel for being by my side on this mission all the way! Shout out to the wonderful and strong @tamaraklink, @borgeousland & @vincentcolliard for their projects and well deserved nominations. You can vote now. Link in bio.
