Im so grateful for this crew! I’m a horrible coach but I’ve tried hard to create a safe place we can all learn together to be better humans. Their hundred miler was canceled last weekend and they all still stuck to the plan to show up put some miles in and support each other . They came from Florida, Oklahoma, Colorado, Washington and Oregon. We all still connected got together put in a couple solid long runs, @pamspike barbecued burgers for us all, we told stories, game planed about the next race, camped and laughed a lot..I was truly blessed by these humans and I’ll be forever grateful for Team Spike❤️ #ran #friendship #mountains #life #allpartofthedeal
