Recipe ⬇️ (10 Pieces | ~99 Cals | ~10.8g Protein per piece)

📝 Ingredients
🥛 700ml Amul Toned Milk
🧀 200g iD High Protein Paneer
💪 1 scoop Mille’s unflavoured yeast protein (use my code FIT10 on www.millesupergrain.com)
🧈 1 tbsp ghee
🍬 40g zero calorie allulose sweetener
🌿 1 tsp cardamom powder
🌰 ½ tsp nutmeg powder
🧂 A pinch of salt
💧 Water as required
🍁 Maple syrup, date paste or jaggery (optional, for colour)

👨🏻‍🍳 How to Make

1. Add the milk to a pan and let it heat over medium heat.
2. Crumble the paneer into the milk and mix well.
3. Add the cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Stir to combine.
4. Add 1 scoop of @millesupergrain Unflavoured Yeast Protein Powder and mix thoroughly.
5. In a separate pan, add the zero calorie sweetener with a little water. Let it bubble for 4 to 5 minutes until it develops a beautiful brown colour.
6. Add the browned sweetener mixture to the milk and paneer mixture and mix well.
7. Continue cooking the milk mixture, stirring frequently, for around 20 to 25 minutes until it reduces and becomes thick like milk cake.
8. Add the ghee and a pinch of salt, then mix well.
9. For a deeper colour, optionally add a little maple syrup, date paste or jaggery.
10. Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and let it cool completely until set.
11. Cut into 10 pieces and serve.

Comment “FLOW” and I’ll show you how I create videos like this with my workflow 🌊

Would you actually make the drop from this high into a giant slab? 😳

That moment where the board points straight down, the lip is already throwing, and the whole wave looks like a moving wall of concrete… one tiny mistake and you’re getting absolutely worked.

Big slabs are beautiful to watch, but committing to a drop like this is another level entirely.
