Your hair campaign doesn’t have to be boring. 👀 You’re selling the moment she puts it on. The confidence. The attitude. The movement. The “yeah… I need this hair” feeling. 🤎 That’s what I wanted to capture with Mina Luxe Hair. Three looks. One studio. A campaign built around the feeling the hair creates. With AI, brands can explore different concepts, moods and stories without organizing a new shoot for every idea. One collection. More creative possibilities. More ways to keep your marketing fresh. More reasons for someone to stop and WANT. BRANDS: Want your product brought to life like this? Comment CAMPAIGN or Send me a DM and let’s discuss your vision. 🤎 Concept & creative direction by me. Comment “FREE” below 👇 Christmas is creeping up, and there are 5 things I REFUSE to do in the run-up to it… and if you’re already thinking about putting your health and fitness on hold until January, you might want to rethink that too! ❌ I’m NOT cutting out entire food groups just to try and lose a few pounds before Christmas. ❌ I’m NOT starting another restrictive diet that leaves me miserable and craving everything I can’t have. ❌ I’m NOT punishing myself with endless cardio to try and burn off the extra food from meals out and festive celebrations. ❌ I’m NOT saying no to Christmas parties, meals out or my favourite festive treats because I’m trying to be “good.” ❌ And I’m definitely NOT telling myself “I’ll just start again in January” because there’s still plenty of time to make progress before the year is over! Because here’s the thing… Christmas isn’t a reason to put your health and fitness on hold. You don’t need to miss out on making memories, feel guilty for enjoying your favourite foods, or spend the next few months thinking you’ve ruined all your progress. And you certainly don’t need to wait until January to start feeling stronger, fitter and more confident. What you DO need is a simple plan that allows you to enjoy the festive period whilst continuing to make progress. And that’s exactly what I want to help you with! ❤️ 👉 I’m hosting a FREE LIVE COACHING CALL on Tuesday 20th October at 7pm! In just 45 minutes, I’ll show you how to create a simple approach to eating and exercising that fits around YOUR life, even with Christmas parties, meals out and busy diaries. So you can head into Christmas feeling stronger, healthier and more confident, without another miserable diet. No restriction. No guilt. No “I’ll start again in January.” Just a way of eating and exercising that actually works for you, not against you. Especially for us women at this stage in our lives! Comment “FREE” below and I’ll send you the link to save your space! 👇❤️ I’d absolutely love to see you there!
30, ready, and taking time to smell the flowers (and tend to them, too). 💐 I wrote 30 lessons for my 30th, and they’re up on my Substack, Medgina’s Musings. Let’s tend together—link in bio 🦋 #substack 📸: @mullereghan
