Because loving where you live starts with the little details that make it feel like home. 🤍

Happiest birthday, my heart and soul. ❤️ From our endless laughing fits to the craziest fights over absolutely nothing, there’s never a dull moment with you. 😂❤️ When I count my blessings, I count you a million times over. You’re kindness, empathy and compassion inspire me to be a better version, everyday. Wouldn’t trade our madness, our bond for anything in the world. Love you forever, my Bayvee, my always, tiny, little Nisha. 🥹❤️🧿 @nishaaggarwal

So you’ve tried intuitive eating… And it only made things worse.

That’s because intuitive eating is a RESULT of working on your relationship with food, not the solution to your food struggles.

⚠️ You can’t just ditch all the food rules and go straight into “listening to your body.”

You need to learn HOW to listen to your body first, which starts with quieting the food noise that’s making everything feel 100x harder.

🌟 Need help doing this?

I recently hosted a masterclass on WHY food noise happens, and how you can create a plan to get rid of it for good.

💬 This week only, I’m offering the recorded masterclass for free to anyone who comments “EXIT” below!

This recording expires tomorrow (Sunday) night, so be sure to watch it and take notes before then 🫡
