🥘🏕️Summertime cooking doesn’t get much better than this. My campfire chicken and shrimp paella, built with marinated chicken, saffron, red onions, fava beans, smoked paprika marinated shrimp, and rich stock, all simmered over an open flame until the rice forms that irresistible crispy bottom.

Simple ingredients and good company is proof that some of the best meals are made outdoors!!
