👁 A Tribe Was Asked About Non-Binary — They Didn’t Hold Back
—
❓ What happens when modern gender ideas meet a culture that has never heard of them?

A man asked an African tribe: «Can a man become a woman?» The answer was a flat «No.»

When asked about «non-binary,» the tribe responded: «You’re not a human.»

They explained that a man is a man and a woman is a woman — based on their bodies. That’s how they know.

Then the interviewer asked: «What if it’s a woman with a male body part?» — and people started laughing.

Why does this clip go viral? Is it the culture clash, the bluntness, or the questions it raises about universal vs. relative truths?

What does it reveal about the limits of modern ideas when they meet traditions untouched by those debates?

Are we afraid to ask these questions in the West?

Maybe the real story isn’t the tribe’s answer — but our reaction to it.

Aamna Isani and Hassan Choudary discuss Khushbakht’s kindness towards Zaryab, with Aamna finding her constant care very annoying.

Hassan, however, argues that Khushbakht has always been portrayed as a flawed character, so there is little reason to expect perfection from her now.

Both agree that it is high time the drama revealed her backstory, so viewers can understand why she is the way she is.

I GOT TO SING WITH THE SEX PISTOLS!!!!! still cant believe this happened. I begged these guys every night to play silly thing like an annoying little child, and somehow, on one of the last nights of tour, they finally agreed and asked if id sing it with them. What the hell!!!!! My mind is still blown. This band is so important to me, nevermind the bollocks and the great rock n roll swindle were some of the first records i ever bought with my own money when i was about 11 or 12 years old. This song is also so special and so fucking good, ive always thought it deserves more recognition. LONG LIVE THE PISTOLS AND LONG LIVE SILLY THING!!!! THANK U FOR A WONDERFUL TOUR I WISH IT COULD LAST FOREVER @cartercookjonesmatlock @sexpistols @jonesysjukebox @frankcarter23 @glenmatlock1 @paulcook 💛💄🧷
