The #SoundOfTheCity has been cracked, and NOBODY saw it coming... especially the person who cracked it! Check out the new sound on primediaplus.com #aneleandtheclubon947
Moving through a tight space demonstrates how flexibility, joint mobility and body positioning work together. Adjusting the shoulders, hips and limbs changes the body’s profile, while balance and controlled movement help guide it through the available opening. Mobility also depends on having the strength and coordination to control a position, rather than simply reaching it. These abilities vary between individuals because of anatomy, training and experience, so an impressive demonstration does not mean everyone can safely repeat it. Gradually developing flexibility and strength can support more comfortable movement in sport and everyday activities, without forcing joints beyond their natural limits.
— NOS
