Work your song even if they don’t believe in it enough to push for you until it starts working for you.

A little backstory: I was in a car accident back in March that injured four discs two in my neck and two in my back. I was still recovering throughout every one of these tour stops.

Most nights, it was difficult to breathe onstage. Most nights, my body would begin cramping after the first song of a 10-to-30-minute set. And most nights, I questioned myself as I’m not taking any pain medication and this crazy commitment I have to continuing to bet on myself.

But I kept showing up.

From Rotterdam to Washington, D.C., Scotland, and Ottawa, I watched “All I Know” travel farther than I ever imagined. Different cities. Different countries. Different crowds. The same words being sung back to me.

@iamkhrissyb wrote a beautiful piece about the record for @swaysuniverse , and I’m extremely grateful. So let’s revisit the impact “All I Know” has made since I decided to bet on this record and discover what it could do internationally and domestically.
