First Standard Construction

Every project has details we’re proud of - this ONE has HUNDREDs.

Handcrafted ceramic tile wraps the 11-foot barrel-vaulted ceilings. Custom oak-and-brass staircases anchor each home. Concealed shade pockets sit above the 21-foot arched windows, while wide-plank white oak flooring transitions seamlessly into a custom herringbone pattern accented with solid brass inlays.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to build homes where craftsmanship takes center stage.
