I Swear Couples Who Do This Gotta Be The Most Toxic ‼️
OOTD πŸ’—πŸ’š Pink and green really do go with everything! Little recovery update: I’m still dealing with back pain, muscle spasms, and stiffness following my recent injury. But something unexpected? My TA3 suit has been giving me a little extra support, and I’ve noticed I’m standing a little straighter and walking less crooked when I wear it for a couple of hours. I still have to listen to my body, take breaks, do PT, and use heat and ice as needed. I’m a firm believer in cryotherapy! I’m taking things day by day and figuring out what helps. 🩷 I’m also SO happy to be driving my car again as of yesterday! What unexpected things have helped support your back after an injury? I’m picking up my MRI disc today and still figuring out what works for me! Sharing my personal experience, not medical advice. β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή
