​What a weekend away. Ticked off my first half mara alongside my bro @dean_james_. We set the bar high for each other and both managed to hit our goal of a sub-90 time.

​Plenty of ups and downs during the 12 week training block, dealing with injuries but big thanks to @physiobysin for keeping the spot fires at bay and getting me across the line. Onto the next.
