We did it @realnoruse we’re officially home owners. So happy to give my kids a house to call their own. Everything I dreamed of as a little girl is coming true for my daughters, I am very #grateful and #blessed

Shining a light on the British Museum's most enduring scandal: that it does not rightfully own many of the objects inside it. Many were pillaged and many taken through force by colonial conquerors. Security tried to make me remove the message from my dress but I refused and they tried to prevent it being photographed, in an attempt to silence this debate. The Parthenon Marbles belong together - reunited at the Acropolis Museum in Athens. Our national museum should reflect modern values, not perpetuate a legacy of colonial violence and looting. Instead, the Museum is continuing to whitewash atrocities today by accepting sponsorship from BP as it profits both from the slaughter of Palestinian people and from the destruction of our planet. #ReunitetheParthenon. Decolonise the British Museum. Drop BP. ➡️ Scroll to see Mick Jagger enjoying the outfit 😂 and me challenging George Osborne, who didn't enjoy it quite so much! And with Maya Jama, Ronnie Wood and @mrbrendanguy 🌹 Follow @uniteparthenon 🏛️ Thank you to amazing designer @sundaybestsss❣️
In an interview with ScreenRant, Tom Welling reveals the ‘Smallville’ animated sequel series is still in the works. “We have some early renderings from an artist, we have a poster… the actual answer is Warner Bros has to give us the green light… let us use their IP… But we’re still fighting… we’re optimistic about it.” What are your thoughts on this? The ULTIMATE GLUTE exercise for runners! 🍑🔥 Struggling with weak glutes or recurring niggles in your KNEES, HIPS or HAMSTRINGS? 👀 The wall-supported single-leg deadlift is one of my FAVORITE exercises to build stronger glutes, improve single-leg stability and become a stronger, more resilient runner! 🏃‍♀️💪 HOW I DO IT: → 3 sets per leg → 8–12 controlled reps → Start lighter (12–16 kg) and gradually work your way up to 20 kg+ The wall support helps with balance so you can REALLY focus on those glutes! 💯 📌 SAVE this for your next strength session! #strengthforrunners #gluteworkout #runner
