POV: End of class and we both survived. 😂🔥
She remembered the choreo, hit every move, and didn’t pass out from the heat... I’d call that a WIN. 😮💨👏🏽
Moments like this are why I love teaching. Watching my students grow in confidence, remember the choreography, and absolutely own every move is the best feeling.
A huge thank you to @communionsociallounge for having me back to teach another amazing class! I truly appreciate the opportunity and can’t wait for the next one.
Shout out to @meka_thick_blonde_choc_thang for the keeping us hydrated with tasty adult beverages 😂😜🍸🍹and always @_cheetahprintzz for the 🎥 work and always pushing to positively uplift others. We appreciate you all. 🤎🐎✨
Ready to have your own victory dance at the end of class? Come join us! This Sunday 5pm at GeminiEx Studios for Floorwork(bring knee pads)!

❤️ such a fun class!!! I’m thankful to be included and in attendance always ❤️ Thank you again my girl for wanting to bring these experiences to Communion and for creating a safe-space for us in general, wherever you are. Ladies, she is a gem and the perfect instructor to ease you out your shell if you’re ever nervous. Book her classes!!!!!
