🎭 MASK ON. MASK OFF. REALITY CHECK. 🔥 We all wear masks. Some to protect ourselves. Some to hide our pain. Some just to survive the bullshit life throws at us. But at some point… THE MASK GOTTA COME OFF! 💯 One by one, my Gems removed their masks. Not just for the camera, but as a symbol of releasing everything they’ve been hiding behind. The fear. The hurt. The expectations. The versions of ourselves we created just to make other people comfortable. NO MORE HIDING. NO MORE PRETENDING. NO MORE SHRINKING. At GeminiEX Studios, we don’t just learn choreography. We confront, release, reclaim, and EVOLVE! 💜 🎭 MASK OFF. POWER ON. GEMINIEX UNLEASHED. 🔥 #GeminiEXStudios #ThePurgeExperience #MaskOff #HealingThroughMovement #UnapologeticallyMe by @_geminiex
😈🔥 PURGE COMPLETE. BAD BITCH ACTIVATED. 🔥😈 Some things needed to be released… and some people needed to be reminded WHO TF THEY WERE DEALING WITH! 💅🏽💜 We burned what no longer served us, reclaimed our power, and then got REAL disrespectful with this choreography! 😮‍💨🔥 🎶 FIRST — KenTheMan As promised, here’s the FULL choreo from our PURGE Heels Class! 💜♊️ To my Gems who asked for the video so they could practice at home… HERE YOU GO, BABIES! 😘 Run it back, clean it up, add your own flavor, and EAT IT UP! 🔥 And for everybody watching thinking, “Damn, I wanna learn that!” 👀 YOU CAN! 😈 You don’t have to be a dancer to dance. You just have to be willing to SHOW UP, LET GO, and GET INTO YOUR BAG! 💃🏽 Beginner-friendly. No judgment. Just confidence, choreography, and a whole lot of BAD BITCH ENERGY! 💜 📍 GeminiEX Studios NOW WHO’S READY TO GET BODIED NEXT?! 😈🔥 #GeminiEXStudios #ThePurge #KenTheMan #First #HeelsChoreography ClevelandDanceClasses BeginnerFriendlyDance HeelsDance DanceConfidence by @_geminiex
🔥 SOME THINGS DON’T DESERVE TO GO INTO YOUR NEXT CHAPTER WITH YOU. 🔥 Before we danced, we RELEASED. 🖤 At our last heels class, we did something a little different. We took a moment to look within and write down the things we’ve been carrying that no longer serve us. The pain. The fear. The self-doubt. The unhealthy attachments. The toxic cycles. The versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown. And then… WE SET THAT SH*T ON FIRE! 🔥 Not out of anger. Not out of bitterness. But out of LOVE FOR OURSELVES. Because sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can do is decide she’s no longer available for the things that disturb her peace. This wasn’t just about burning pieces of paper. It was about releasing what was, accepting what is, and making room for what’s NEXT. 👠✨ THE PURGE WAS PERSONAL. THE RELEASE WAS NECESSARY. AND THE HEALING IS INTENTIONAL. Sometimes you have to burn the old chapter to make room for a better story. ❤️‍🔥 #GeminiEXStudios #ThePurge #HeelsTherapy #HealingThroughMovement #LetItGo ChooseYourself WomenEmpowerment ProtectYourPeace by @_geminiex
The training is complete. The certification is official. Now it’s time to get BODIED. ♊️💜 Meet Gemini — Certified Body Piercer and the woman behind Bodied by Gemini. What started as an idea has officially become another way for me to help people express themselves through their bodies. For me, piercing is more than putting jewelry in skin. It’s adornment. expression. confidence. ✨ I’m officially certified in Body Piercing, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR & First Aid, and I’m ready to start building my piercing portfolio right here in Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding Greater Cleveland areas! And this is only the beginning. Bodied by Gemini will eventually grow beyond piercing so stay tuned but for now contact me to get Bodied by Gemini💜 ♊️ BODIED BY GEMINI 💎 Adornment • Expression • Confidence 📍 Cleveland, OH 📲 216-200-8668 — TEXT ONLY Your Body. This week we’re not forcing the flow… we’re FEELING it. 😮‍💨✨ Choreo of the Week to “California Dream” 🌴💭 Slow it down. Sit in the movement. Let your body speak. Sexy doesn’t have to be rushed… sometimes the softest movement says the MOST. 👠🔥 Come learn this one with me in Exotic Pole this week. 💜 Don’t forget your pole shoes!!!!! #GeminiEXStudios #ExoticPole #PoleChoreo #SensualMovement #cle by @_geminiex
Sometimes your body doesn’t need more pressure…it needs a moment to breathe. 🌿🧘🏾‍♀️💜 Yoga is more than flexibility. It’s movement, breath, balance, strength, and giving yourself permission to slow down and reconnect with your body. As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, I offer beginner-friendly yoga designed to meet you where you are. You do NOT have to be flexible. You do NOT have to know the poses. Just come ready to move, breathe, and enjoy the experience. ✨ Private yoga sessions ✨ Small groups ✨ Yoga in the park ✨ Wellness events & gatherings ✨ Beginner-friendly movement Want to practice with me? Some weeks you don’t need advice… you just need somewhere to put the feelings. 🖤 The frustration. The disappointment. The betrayal. The anger. The things you keep replaying in your head. The things you’re tired of carrying. For me, movement has always been a release. I get on the pole, turn the music on, stop thinking about what the move is supposed to look like… and just feel. This wasn’t choreography. This was me letting my body say what I didn’t have the words—or the energy—to say this week. And by the time the song ended, I felt a little lighter. 🖤 We all carry something, but we don’t all release it the same way. When life gets heavy, what do YOU do to let it out instead of holding it in? Dance? Cry? Pray? Work out? Scream? Journal? Go silent? Talk to somebody? No judgment in the comments. I really want to know. 👇🏾 #emotionalrelease #mindbodyconnection #ninasimone #movementheals #vulnerable by @_geminiex
POV: End of class and we both survived. 😂🔥 She remembered the choreo, hit every move, and didn’t pass out from the heat... I’d call that a WIN. 😮‍💨👏🏽 Moments like this are why I love teaching. Watching my students grow in confidence, remember the choreography, and absolutely own every move is the best feeling. A huge thank you to @communionsociallounge for having me back to teach another amazing class! I truly appreciate the opportunity and can’t wait for the next one. Shout out to @meka_thick_blonde_choc_thang for the keeping us hydrated with tasty adult beverages 😂😜🍸🍹and always @_cheetahprintzz for the 🎥 work and always pushing to positively uplift others. 💄 RED LIPSTICK RECAP 💄 Mission accomplished. ❤️‍🔥 The goal was to bring the energy of “Red Lipstick” to life, and these ladies did exactly that. Every move, every look, and every ounce of confidence matched the vibe of the song. What made this class even more meaningful is that “Red Lipstick” was written by one of my own students, Lae Day. @dayinwords Thank you, Lae, for trusting me with your beautifully crafted song. It was an honor to create choreography that brought your vision to life, and I’m so proud to see your artistry shine. To every woman who showed up and stepped into her alter ego—you all looked absolutely incredible. 🔥 Would you take this class if I brought it back? 💋 #danceforfitness #Floorwork #fyp #RedLipstick #danceconfidence by @_geminiex
