There were no waves to surf today, so I spent some time in reflection instead.

The ocean has always been a place I return to. Sometimes she arrives with power, inviting us to ride her waves. Other times, she simply asks us to sit quietly on the rocks and listen.

She has a way of calming my nervous system, softening the mind, and reminding me that not everything needs to be forced.

Some days we’re meant to paddle.
Some days we’re meant to pause.

Today was a day to simply be.

Grateful for her beauty, her stillness, and the gentle wisdom she so freely offers. 🌊 #ocean #beach #surfing #meditation
