‘The Call Of The Ocean’ taken from my latest Youtube video (link to YouTube in bio) of my TikTok live collaboration stream with @Bella♡Faccia and @SoulsNote . We worked together to gently carry you into a beautiful journey into stillness. Allow the cleansing magical ocean and Whales call to calm, heal and release you in into an abyss of self-realisation and awakening. 3 hearts, one space, all with one goal- to help assist you into a world of trauma, emotional and physical healing with relaxation and inner rejuvenation. #guidedmeditation #soundhealing #soundbath #meditation #mindfulness by @soulsnote1
There were no waves to surf today, so I spent some time in reflection instead. The ocean has always been a place I return to. Sometimes she arrives with power, inviting us to ride her waves. Other times, she simply asks us to sit quietly on the rocks and listen. She has a way of calming my nervous system, softening the mind, and reminding me that not everything needs to be forced. Some days we’re meant to paddle. Some days we’re meant to pause. Today was a day to simply be. Grateful for her beauty, her stillness, and the gentle wisdom she so freely offers. 🌊 #ocean #beach #surfing #meditation by @soulsnote1

Seeing the world through the eyes of love softens the illusion of separation. The walls between “us” and “them” begin to fade, and we remember that beneath every story, every face, and every journey… there is one shared spirit moving through all things. Love is not something we give only to a few. It is a way of seeing. A way of listening. A way of walking upon this Earth with an open heart. May today invite you to look gently upon yourself, others, and life itself. For when the heart opens, the world becomes sacred again. 🌿💛 #SoulsNote #ReflectionOfTheDay #Love #Unity #SpiritualWisdom by @soulsnote1
The earth speaks with every step. Wisdom rises from the paths walked before me. I do not walk alone — the ground remembers. Oneness enters my cells, quiet, alive, undeniable. Power does not shout. It beats gently in the heart. And when I listen — I remember who I am. #Wisdom #earth #meditation by @soulsnote1
Beat by beat, the mind softens. In rhythm, we remember who we are. Drum as prayer. Earth as teacher. #EarthRhythm #DrumMedicine #Remember #AncientWisdom #SoundJourney by @soulsnote1

Give yourself a moment. Listen to the waterfall. Water falls without fear. Breaking… becoming… returning. No force. No holding. Just truth in motion. This is the power— of letting life move through you. #waterfall #relaxation by @soulsnote1
Today my studio received a new guardian. A hand-crafted metal eagle, gifted by a dear friend. The eagle reminds me of vision — of seeing from above while staying rooted in the earth. Strength without force. Presence without noise. May this space continue to be a place where wings are remembered, where perspective widens, and where spirit is invited to soar. Grateful. #Studio #eagle #soundbath by @soulsnote1

A section from Galactic Call, where the voice meets the pure vibration of crystal bowls. This is a call to the spirit animals of the cosmos — the guardians of light who walk through all realms. Through sound, we listen… through stillness, we remember. #meditation #soundhealing #soundbath #spirituality by @soulsnote1
We call to the Ancient Ones… Bring us the wisdom of the heart, the deep intuition that flows within our soul. #soundhealing #soundbath #spirituality by @soulsnote1
