SWIPE ⏩️ The NYC Marathon five-borough course turns 50 this year. 🗽 On October 24, 1976 the race left Central Park and ran through all five boroughs for the first time. This year brings a bigger medal, a new loop in the Bronx (first course change in 15 years), and new rules for getting to the start. I put everything in one place: expo, race week, start waves, every borough, the finish, and my best tips. And this one is personal. NYC is my hometown, and it’s my first marathon back after double knee surgery. 🥹 🔁 Share this post with that runner friend running the @nycmarathon this year. 📌Save it for race week. In NYC for race week? Join my newsletter at carlethsrunclub.com (link in bio) for all the events. #nycmarathon #tcsnycmarathon #nycmarathon2026 #marathontraining #worldmarathonmajors

The view from the top means a whole lot more when you have people beside you who know what it took to get there. Don’t get so caught up in climbing the mountain that you forget the power of who’s climbing with you. The connections. The belief. The people who see something in you before the rest of the world does. Because one day, you’ll look around and realize the richest part was never the view. It was who you got to share the climb with. Build something bigger than yourself. 💫 #changewithmeg #mindsetshift #growthmindset #inspiration #motivation
#Blueface and #ChriseanRock are getting into the Halloween spirit with a little family fun! 🎃 The pair took Chrisean Jr. to the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride for a spooky night out, and they brought fans along for the festivities by livestreaming their adventure. The family posed for photos in front of a pumpkin-filled display before making their way through the attractions.👻 (SWIPE➡️) #TJBCrew, what do y’all think about their family outing? 👀
Greetings to all of you wonderful people around the world! The holidays are drawing closer, and before we know it, Christmas will be upon us once again. So I wanted to share a small reminder, while there is still plenty of time. I'm only one man, with two hands, my collection of tools, and the hours each creation deserves. My capacity is limited. And while I wish I could make those hours stretch a little further, time has its own way of moving. So, if you are thinking of gifting a piece of Irrverk to someone dear, or yourself, I kindly encourage you to place your order sooner rather than later. This way, I can give each piece the time and attention it deserves, while also allowing enough time for it to travel safely across the world, and arrive before Christmas. Thank you, as always, for supporting the work of an independent craftsman. It means more than you know ❤️ /Johan ------------- Orders can be placed on irrverk.com - Link in bio/profile. -------------
