Would you travel and move to Canada? 🇨🇦 Im hearing hygienists in Canada get more PTO!! If you enjoy traveling, want to work in different cities and want to learn more, check out my E-book linked in my story highlights. It’s the blueprint for travel and all you need to get started. I have over 40+ agencies and info I’ve collected I wish someone would have told me 6 years ago!

The CT tower was anticlimactic but the thrifting was golden ✨ (I don’t not work in Canada, I just went to see Bruno mars)

Travel hygienists/professionals where you at? Let me know in the comments 🫶🏾

A man reportedly used ChatGPT to write a sick leave email but forgot to check it before sending.

The email claimed he was unwell and needed 2 to 3 days off work.

But at the bottom, ChatGPT had added a question asking if he wanted another version since he wasn’t actually sick.

🔥🔥🔥NWA🔥🔥🔥2011 Seiko SKX173. New to Me as I indicated yesterday. The discontinued first ISO 6425 200M compliant automatic dive watch specifically produced as a North American market variant of the iconic SKX007. Differences between the two include rectangular indices and a prominent trapezoid marker at 12 o’clock as well as a lollipop seconds hand where the luminous meatball is at the pointing tip.

In my first post for #militarywatchweek I asked what is a military watch. Seiko has a long history of military history and this watch was on my Navy SEAL friend’s wrist for 15 years of jumps, dives, and deployments. Modifications (himself) include replacing the Hardlex with a blue AR coated sapphire crystal and installing a black chapter ring. Then the watch was sent back to Seiko to ensure its water resistance. The bezel insert was replaced multiple times.

Knowing what this watch has done, I considered it an honor I was asked if I wanted it. I consider myself more of a generational caretaker of the watch than an owner.

Every now and then I whisper to the watch I am here to talk but the watch continues to live up to the reputation of the “Quiet Professionals”. But I know there are stories.

If you want to build a stronger conventional deadlift, watch this from start to finish.

This is the exact technical system used by the best deadlifters in the world.

The principles I use with the strongest in the world are the same principles I use with beginners, everyday lifters, myself and even my own daughters. These deadlift cues don’t change whether you’re a beginner, advanced or the best in the world. The fundamentals are universal.

This is the most complete deadlift tutorial I’ve ever made so every step of the lift is broken down so you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.

FOLLOW THESE PRINCIPLES AND YOU WILL HAVE A STRONGER DEADLIFT! 👊
