Devátej kapitánskej slot bere NYX! 🔥

Se Streamers Clashem je už pěkně dlouho. Doteď měla na starosti doprovodnej program a cosplayerky na finále. Teď mění svojí roli a jde ukázat, co zvládne jako kapitánka! 👑

A rozhodně si to nejde jen vyzkoušet. Chce vybrat skvělej tým, pořádně do toho šlápnout a urvat vítězství ve Winter Mayhem. 🏆

Ale teď to nejdůležitější... @inked.nyx, když vyhraješ, dočkáme se cosplaye Rek’Sai? 👀

Chrisean Rock is putting Blueface’s face back on full display, despite previously trying to erase his portrait from her cheek.

After undergoing two rounds of laser tattoo removal in 2025, the reality star has restored the ink with a major upgrade.

Los Angeles tattoo artist Nihat Uzuntepe completed the finished design on Tuesday, which features a refreshed portrait that now features Blueface’s newer facial tattoos, which he got while incarcerated.

Uzuntepe also created Chrisean’s original portrait in 2024.

The update comes as Chrisean and Blueface celebrate their recent reconciliation and engagement.

Blueface also made his own permanent declaration this week, getting Chrisean’s name tattooed across his upper back. Both used the same artist for their latest ink.

The couple’s matching gestures have sparked fresh conversations, especially considering their history of public breakups and reconciliations.

Now, Chrisean appears fully committed to keeping Blueface’s likeness on her face.

What do you think of Chrisean’s upgraded ink?

Chicken Summer Rolls 💪

These are 150 calories each, and so good.

I love Vietnamese food and all the fresh flavors and love making these summer rolls. They’re such a great light healthy meal super fresh, crunchy, and ridiculously satisfying. Just 90 calories each (without sauce) but even better with the sauce. Make the one below or use any sauce you like! And of course, if you are prioritizing protein, you can swap out the shrimp for things like cooked chicken, tofu, or even steak would work great.

✅Comment FLAVOR and I’ll message you how you can preorder my new cookbook with 100 recipes that have helped me lose over 150lbs.

Here is how I made them:

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8)

-3/4lb chicken thighs seasoned per instructions below)
-8 Rice paper sheets (35 cals each, grab them at Asian grocery or online)
-A large handful of arugula or thinly sliced gem lettuce
-1 Large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
-2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
-1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
-1 large avocado, thinly sliced
-Large handful of fresh cilantro

To make the Chicken:

1.Season 3/4lb chicken thighs with 1/2 tsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tbsp dried parsley or cilantro, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix well, then pop into the oven at 400F for 32 mins, or airfry at 400F for 22 mins.

How to Roll

1.Dip rice paper in warm water (just quick dunk!).
2.Add arugula, then your veggies and herbs, leaving space on the edges
3.Fold bottom of rice paper up, pull tight and tuck it in.
4.Add 2-3 ounces of chicken, 2-3 thin avocado slices, and fresh cilantro leaves.
5.Fold in the sides, then roll tight, mini burrito-style.
6.Repeat until you are satisfied. This makes 8 rolls depending on how much you fill them up.

Optional Spicy Sriracha Sauce
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2.5 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 heaping tsp honey
Salt & pepper

And if you make them, let me know on SHREDHAPPENS. ENJOY!
