Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon once joked that if you still have a full head of hair, you might not be working hard enough.

The joke hit differently coming from the boss of one of Wall Street’s most intense firms, where junior bankers have reported working as many as 95 hours a week.

Wall Street quickly turned the comment into a meme, with people joking that at Goldman, your hairline is basically a performance review.

Others saw it as a perfectly packaged joke about just how brutal the industry’s work culture can be.

If you related to even one of these… same, babe.

Women with ADHD have been masking, over-functioning, people-pleasing, powering through, and calling it “just my personality” for years.

But the second you see yourself clearly, everything starts making sense…

the noise overwhelm, the tabs, the burnout, the hyper-focus at 10pm, the forgetting-to-text-back-for-three-months vibe… all of it.

Send it to the friend who needs to hear it too.

And if you felt seen… welcome to my page. You’re in good company here. 🤍✨
