Did this dress look good on me? 🙃 I’m going out with this love 💋

HOT GIRLS DO HARD SHIT!!! 🤣💓

Despite the weather, my contacts coming out at 12km (and practically running blind) and the lack of water (IYKYK), we hit sub 2 and came out with a 1:54 for my first half marathon😭😭😭

If you had told me a year ago I’d be running, let alone voluntarily signing up for a race - I would have laughed. I feel like everyone has a “why” when it comes to signing up for something crazy like this - you could just love the sport for what it is, you might be running for a cause, you may be running in honour of a loved one - whatever it is, I genuinely find it so inspiring.

As you guys may know, when I signed up for this last year my why was because I had just quit vaping after 10 years and I wanted to prove to myself that I could do what seemed impossible at the time. So together with my partner in crime @hwoo.lee , we signed up for this with absolutely 0 running experience. My first proper attempt at a run was Jan this year where I could barely run 5km. I was determined and maybe a tad delusional, but I really wanted to push myself and show up for myself in ways I had never before.

From 0 cardio to completing a 12 week training block, running has shown me what consistency can do for you and that you are capable of doing ANYTHING you set your mind to. Whether it’s quitting a bad habit/addiction, or picking up a sport you’ve never been good at. You are the author of your own story so never limit your growth by saying you can’t do something! Im no where near a pro runner but I sure as hell am in a better position than i was at the start of this year and that’s good enough for me!

A massive thank you to my partner for pushing me every single day, my family and friends for supporting me through going on runs together or coming to cheer, @osaat.running for helping me push myself further than i would have on my own and to @shokzaunz for letting me run on your team for this half mara! 🥹🤍

Anyway it is a privilege to do hard things in life. To be tired from something you choose and to struggle for something you want. I hope we all continue to challenge ourselves in life!! 🤍

A 24-year-old woman died after falling from the 10th floor of a hotel in Lucknow on Monday evening, October 12. Police have registered a murder case against the man who checked into the hotel with her after her family alleged that he pushed her following an argument over marriage.

The deceased, identified as Samreen, was a resident of the Chowk area of Lucknow. The accused, Avanish Jaiswal, a 30-year-old resident of Sultanpur, allegedly left the hotel shortly after the incident and remains untraced, according to reports.

The incident took place at a hotel in the Omaxe New Hazratganj complex in the Sushant Golf City area, near the Uttar Pradesh Police Headquarters.

Family Alleges Dispute Over Marriage

According to police, Samreen checked into the hotel with Jaiswal at around 11:46 am on Monday. The hotel’s security in-charge alerted the police at approximately 6:34 pm after she fell from the building.

Samreen’s family has alleged that Jaiswal pushed her from the balcony following an argument over their relationship and marriage. Her sister reportedly said the dispute concerned Samreen’s marriage to Jaiswal.
