Unataka Episode 2? Andika “2” kwenye comment 👇🏾
Comment “WIN” to get a free scaling roadmap. 1. Sell to the rich. They pay better. Better to sell expensive things to people who value them than cheapen yourself to people who don’t. 2. Look at what everyone else is doing. Do it in half the time for twice the price. 3. Have higher standards than your customers. Easy to say, hard to do. 4. You’ll save money by paying better people better so you don’t need as many people to pay. 5. Speed is the single unifying principle for winning. 6. Every problem in business can be solved by talking to your customers more. 7. You’ll make more money iterating the same thing a thousand times than making a thousand new things. 8. Your biggest competitor is being unknown. Get louder. 9. You can be the best, or you can be the cheapest. You just can’t be in the middle. 10. Do so much work it would be unreasonable that you aren’t successful.
