A "startling graph shows just how much Meta are rigging their networks for Flávio Bolsonaro over Lula... In final hours before the election, Bolsonaro rises improbably, Lula actually drops," reported BRASILWIRE, amid US interference in the Brazilian elections and Meta's suppression of incumbent President Lula's social media accounts, which are receiving far less engagement despite having a bigger following that US-backed right-wing candidate Bolsonaro. ￭ An employee at Meta Brazil told Panamerican Dispatch that "Right in the middle of Brazil’s election season, a large number of [human moderators] were laid off and replaced almost immediately by AI systems. That means decisions are now coming from a single automated command, possibly issued from the US, designed to boost certain content while burying the rest.” #VPol

Five Denver restaurant leaders explain how, despite rising costs and industry-wide challenges, the former cow town has become a vegan dining destination. At one point branded a “cow town” thanks to its 19th-century cattle trade, historic stockyards, and agricultural economy, so by the 20th century, the Colorado capital was naturally packed with steakhouses. But there is far more to Denver’s food culture than its meaty reputation. Drive just 10 minutes northeast of the Buckhorn Exchange, and you’ll find one of the first signs that something interesting is happening in town: the newly opened Denver location of @sodaclubdenver, one of New York’s most popular vegan restaurants. Click the link in our bio or comment "denver" for the story. Follow @VegNews for all of the latest plant-based news, products, and recipes. #vegan #veganfood #denver #plantbased #denvervegan
