some original lyrics for you.. this is what the lyric writing process looks like for me, lots of scribbles and rewrites until i figure out exactly how to fit what i want to say into the melody!!

first ever recording, the day i wrote it!! i can’t believe it’s been nearly two years since the idea for this song started :,) i wrote it and moved on, not thinking much of it. i didn’t go back to it until a year later in november 2025 when i was listening back through my voice notes to see if anything was worth continuing and i just felt like there was something there with this one.. i’m so glad i did, it’s now one of my favourite songs i’ve written :,)
