Should I raffle off the leftover chocolate 🍫? It’s slightly seasoned and only mildly nibbled. Hit the Throne link in my bio and send a coffee to enter for a chance to win. 😁

If you watched my last post and thought okay but what do you actually DO in those two hours, this is for you. (This only works when you have previously used the revision method) Here is the exact clock: 1️⃣ First 5 minutes, write down the one thing you are doing. Nothing else. No tidying, no playlist. Just the single sentence of what you’re gonna work on. 2️⃣ Minutes 5 to 30, hardest topic, notes closed. Your best energy is right at the start, so it goes to the thing you understand least. 3️⃣ 5 minute break away from the desk. Stand up, walk, water. Staying in the chair means you never actually rest. Active recall what you just studied. 4️⃣ Minutes 35 to 60, second block, same rules. Same subject if you are in flow, switch if you are stuck. 5️⃣ 5 Last 10 minutes, close everything and write what you remember. To remember what you studied longer. → Save this and try it on your next session. #study #studyblock #pomodoro #studyroutine #focushacks
