A lot of you were asking me to show what my day usually looks like: How do I plan it? What are my secrets to getting a lot of work done? So here you go - I’ve revealed all my secrets.

Also, if you’re still using your keyboard to type things manually, you’re wasting a lot of time. It’s time you switch to Wispr Flow. You can comment THARUN to get a free code to use it for 3 months. See ya!

I’ve never been a fan of “You must,” “You must not,” “You should,” or “You’re not allowed.”

But lately, in a podcast, I shared something I had almost forgotten about.

After our trip to Bali, where we were trying to finish our book, Diane came to me on January 1st and said, “Reinhold, I’ve decided to stop drinking alcohol.”

We had both always enjoyed a good glass of wine. Sharing a bottle over dinner, raising a glass with friends. We enjoyed it.

But that day, she made her decision. For herself.

And I thought, “Hey, why not?”

More than nine months later. Neither of us has touched alcohol. And we love it! We sleep well, feel awake, clear-headed and more conscious. Wonderful!
But that’s not really the point.
The point is that in a relationship, nobody should have to tell the other person what to do.

She is free to decide. So am I.

No rules. No pressure. No obligations.

Two people making their own choices. Sometimes, happily, the same ones.
This is one of the best things about being together.

Just wanted to share that with you today.
