Happy Halloween, everyone! 🎃 These were our costumes last year. What do you think we will wear for tonight’s show in Montreal? 👻

Essa foi a nossa fantasia do ano passado. Qual vocês acham que cada uma vai usar hoje no show de Montreal? 👻

“How could it be addiction if it was an affair with the same person?”

For the longest time, I couldn’t understand how my husband’s secret affair—and what spiraled into a double life—could be connected to addiction.

Looking back now, I recognize moments that pointed to a much deeper pattern of compulsive behavior. At the time, I didn’t know what I was seeing.

In this episode of Her, Rebuilt., I share some of those raw, deeply personal moments.

I actually published it, then took it down. I worried I had shared too much. That our darkest moments were too personal to put into the world.

But my heart kept coming back to the woman listening who might recognize something in our story. Who might feel less alone. Who might find the right help sooner than I did.

Addiction doesn’t erase accountability or lessen the devastation of betrayal. But understanding what we were facing helped us find the support we needed.
That’s why I’m choosing to share. 🤍

Comment POD and I’ll send you the latest episode.

And if you need a space to feel heard and supported, join my free women’s Zoom group this Sunday at 4 PM ET.Comment GROUP for the link. You don’t have to carry this alone.

what’s new

If you are already using this JAPANA face tape for your wrinkles concerns, I urge you to also start using it to improve
concerns as ⬇️
puffy eyes, or puffy face, or undereye wrinkles,
or TMJ issues, or headaches, etc.
using my more advanced applications 🤌🤌

I have a BUNDLE for you right now
to SAVE $$ & get the
Japanese tape +
my Follow Along face taping MASTERCLASS (where you learn from my very detailed tutorials showing all nuances, tips, & tricks on
over 20 applications plus a few face massage techniques)

to start practicing and celebrate holidays looking better than ever!

➡️➡️ Comment BUNDLE for a link to save $✨️

Remember, this Japanese tape and real face taping method are not just some wrinkles patches/stickers that people now stick on their face where they see a wrinkle on without following proper method
it's a real beauty/medicinal tool that can help even complex things as TMJ issues (and proven by studies, see my highlight titled TMJ).

I use this tape and my applications for far more complex things than just some forehead wrinkles & hope you will start, too!
